Accessibility
The dimensions of the lift do not allow access to the floors for wheelchair users rolling, nor even the doorways of the apartment. For obvious safety reasons, the reception of disabled people is not possible under best conditions.
LONG STAY (November to April only)
Monthly rate: 1 350 € + 130 € of consumption fees (electricity, heating, water, Wifi, local taxes)
Contract of minimum 1 month, renewable.
No commission or agency fees.
CANNES CONGRESS MIPIM, FIF , LIONS :
It is strongly advised to book your apartment at least 3 months before the conference date.
